Working Principle
The working principle of the high-speed dehydration tubular centrifuge is based on the action of centrifugal force. During operation, the motor drives the impeller on the main shaft to rotate at high speed, generating a strong inertial force, which attracts the surrounding liquid, that is, centrifugal force. This force causes a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the impeller, forming a phenomenon in which the liquid flows to the center.
The liquid enters the equipment through the inlet and is then pushed to the center. Due to the pressure difference between the inside and the outside, the liquid will flow spontaneously along a circular path. As the distance to the center gets closer, the speed gradually slows down, and finally converges at the central collector or discharge port to achieve liquid separation.
Application advantages
1. Efficient separation:
The high-speed dehydration tubular centrifuge has the characteristics of high-speed rotation, which can effectively separate the liquid components in food quickly and efficiently, and improve production efficiency.
2. Cost saving:
Compared with other types of centrifuges, the high-speed dehydration tubular centrifuge has lower operating costs, and can adjust its parameters to adapt to different separation and purification operations, thereby saving costs.
3. Easy operation:
The tubular centrifuge has a relatively simple structure and is easy to operate. It only requires fewer people to complete the operation, reducing labor costs.
4. Wide applicability:
The high-speed dehydration tubular centrifuge can separate many different types of food mixtures, such as dairy products, beverages, soy products, etc., and has a wide range of application prospects.
Application areas
1. Dairy products: used for whey desalting and defatting, oligosaccharide collection, milk clarification, etc.
2. Beverages: used for fruit juice concentration, tea juice concentration, mineral water and purified water preparation and impurity removal, etc.
3. Soy products: used for soybean peptide clarification and filtration, soybean protein separation and concentration, soybean isoflavone separation, soybean lecithin refining, soybean oligosaccharide extraction process, etc.
Tubular centrifuges are mainly divided into clarification series GQ and separation series GF:
GF-Separation type:
Mainly used for the separation of various difficult-to-separate emulsions, especially suitable for liquid-liquid separation with similar density (specific gravity difference greater than 0.1%), and liquids containing a small amount of impurities, liquid-solid three-phase separation.
Separation of various syrups; separation of oils and fats, dehydration and dewaxing of transformer oil and edible oil, separation of turbine oil, biodiesel, coal tar, lubricating oil, ship fuel oil, quenching oil; separation of whole blood – separation of plasma and blood cells from whole blood; separation of biological products; oil-water separation, sewage treatment.
GQ-Clarification type:
It is used for separation of various difficult-to-separate suspensions, especially for solid-liquid separation with low density, high viscosity, fine solid particles, and small solid-liquid specific gravity difference. For example: oral liquid medicines have high sugar content, more flocculants, fine solid particles, and small solid-liquid specific gravity difference.
