High-speed rotation forms a strong centrifugal force field

The tubular centrifuge drives the drum to rotate at high speed through the motor, the speed can reach 15000~20000r/min, and the maximum centrifugal force can reach more than 15000g. After the material enters the drum, under the action of centrifugal force, materials with different densities are quickly separated according to the density gradient.

Liquid phase and solid phase are deposited in different radius areas

High-density solid or impurity particles are thrown to the inner wall of the drum to form sediment; low-density liquid forms clear liquid in the inner layer and is discharged from the upper outlet; if it is an emulsion, the light and heavy phases will also be discharged in layers.

Continuous feeding and intermittent slag discharge

Tubular centrifuges usually use continuous feeding to ensure efficient and stable separation process, while solid impurities need to be removed manually or mechanically through regular shutdown. They are suitable for processing materials with low solid content but high precision requirements.

Spindle system: connected to the high-speed motor, the transmission is stable, and the dynamic balancing system is used to ensure that the drum is vibration-free at high speed.
