Working Principle
The core of a tubular centrifuge is a long, high-speed rotating cylindrical drum.
Liquids or fine solid particles of varying densities are rapidly separated: the heavy phase (such as solids or high-density liquids) settles on the inner walls of the drum, while the light phase accumulates in the center and is discharged through the outlet.
The separated solid sediment is cleaned manually or automatically after the machine is shut down, achieving high-purity, lossless separation.
This vertical, long tube structure and ultra-high-speed operation make the tubular centrifuge particularly suitable for separating suspended particles at the micron and even submicron levels.

Core Advantages
Extremely High Separation Precision
Effectively removes particles larger than 0.1 micron, achieving clarity far exceeding other centrifuge models.
High Processing Capacity
Despite its compact design, it can process hundreds to thousands of liters per hour, meeting the needs of pilot and industrial production.
Wide Material Compatibility
It can process highly viscous, biologically active liquids containing fine particles, such as fermentation broths, essential oil extracts, and blood products.
Easy Maintenance and Stable Operation
The design is simple, and key components are made of food-grade stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, reducing maintenance costs.
Energy Saving and Environmental Protection
High-efficiency separation reduces the need for subsequent filtration steps, reducing energy consumption and consumables, and aligning with green production trends.
